DES 229 – Mitigating OWASP 2025 Software and Data Integrity Failures (UPDATED)
Course Overview
This course equips web application developers with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and mitigate Software and Data Integrity Failures as defined in the OWASP Top 10 (2025). Learners will examine techniques for verifying the authenticity and integrity of software and data, including the use of digital signatures and trusted sources for libraries and dependencies. The course also emphasizes secure software supply chain practices, such as implementing rigorous review processes for code and configuration changes and enforcing strong segregation and access controls within CI/CD pipelines. By the end of the course, participants will be prepared to protect their applications from integrity compromises throughout the build, deployment, and delivery lifecycle.
