Course Overview

Purposeful cyberattacks can expose organizations to significant operational and information security risks. This course describes how to establish a culture of risk awareness, assess risk using qualitative and quantitative methods, and select appropriate controls to support thoughtful and effective defense strategies.

On successful completion of this course, learners should have the knowledge and skills required to:

• Create a culture of risk awareness
• Determine and assess appropriate levels of risk using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Select and describe strategies for controlling identified risks
